Review of “Backup Calendar”
Semiannual analysis of integrity of all tape media
Monthly (or as necessary) cleaning of tape drive(s)
Quarterly test of UPS (battery backup) shut down procedure & battery life time
Semiannual test of RAID functionality and rebuild procedures
Helpdesk & Technical Liaison

We include an off-site backup account to protect your most valuable business asset - your data.
Remote Maintenance
Remote network maintenance performed weekly as a regular preventative schedule
Microsoft Windows Updates and patches
Antivirus updates and full server scans
Review Windows System Log Files
Deliver monthly report of maintenance and status if failures occur (by email)
Network administration including the following:
Creating / deleting user IDs, login scripts, and menus
Maintain printing configurations, print queues, and print job definitions.
Updating client software drivers as needed.
Configuring tape & off-site backup jobs
Maintaining network login and Internet connection security
On-site Maintenance
Onsite maintenance will be performed as requested or desired by Customer.
This will be considered within scope of contract. Any equipment or materials is considered billable.
Items covered by this support agreement:
Network files server hardware service including disk drives, memory, and backup devices
Network operating system including the installation of all patches and updates
Workstation (PC) client software for communication with network file server
Workstation Network Interface Card (NIC), Switches, & Routers
This agreement covers labor only. Client is responsible for all product licensing.
Please note: The following items may require additional costs:
Hardware that is defective, out of warranty or not purchased from Integrated Computer Services
Network operating system upgrades to newer versions and additional licenses
Printer service and consumable items (toner, fuser, etc.)
Microsoft Exchange Server repair or any escalated problem requiring 3rd party support.
Microsoft break / fix support fees ($25 /incident) Microsoft installation support rate $250/hr
